I want our relationship to be fulfilling (for the both of us) for a long time. These words are just one of the ways we’ll keep our communication lines open and clear. The Fine Print is pretty straight forward and as always, if you have any questions, I’m here for you.

Hours

In order to achieve a sustainable work/life balance, I try to keep regular business hours. These hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. This means I may or may not be working on your project at 9.30 on a Wednesday night, but (доставка цветов по Магнитогорску) I tell my clients that I won’t be. Since I work from home, there are often a lot of grey areas around work and life and boundaries and such. I will work outside of regular business hours for certain projects so, if you have a rush job, don’t hesitate to ask. An additional charge may apply for weekends and some rush jobs but I will always notify you in advance if this is the case.

Calls, emails, and inquiries will be responded to in less than 24 hours.

Packages

I calculate the work I do for you by the minute. Once your account has one credit hour left, I’ll contact you to “top up”. There’s a five-minute minimum charge for each project. Additional time is calculated by the minute.

All Packages must be used within 3 months. Unused hours will not be refunded.

Unforeseen Events

Circumstances like illness and vacations do occur; they’re just a fact of life. In the case of vacations, I will contact you in advance to let you know I will be away so we can tidy up any existing projects before I leave. In the event of illness, I will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know that I am not available. If an unforeseen event affects your life and subsequently your Credit Hours, please contact me as soon as possible and we’ll try to figure something out. Don’t worry. I totally get it.
